Forsskål was participated in a Danish expedition to the “Lucky Arabien”, as started during 1761. The travel became a complete disaster. All died during terrible sufferings, apart from the german Neibuhr as among other things he was bringing Forsskåls unique research materials from the Red Sea to Denmark | |

Forsskål was one of Linné´s most talanted disciples, but he died to early. He became also senior lecturer in economy. | |
